GARP's 5th Annual Asia Pacific Convention

This year's Asia Pacific Convention will be at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong from November 19 - 20, 2008.

The Asia Pacific Convention brings together risk professionals from across the region to meet and discuss topical issues and challenges facing the industry.  Last year's event attracted nearly 200 attendees. 

This is the financial risk management event for the Asia Pacific region. The program for 2008 will reflect the key concerns of risk management professionals including regulation/compliance, Basel II, credit risk, market risk and operational risk. The keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions and simultaneous stream sessions will focus on key challenges for financial institutions, developments in risk management techniques in addition to traditional pricing and enterprise wide risk management.
